Is the equipment new or used?

All of our equipment is high-quality pre-owned and fully refurbished. Each unit is cleaned, tested, and verified to be fully functional before it is listed and shipped.

What does "fully refurbished" mean?

Every instrument is inspected, serviced, and function-tested. Cleaning, calibration, parts replacement, and software/licensing checks and updates are performed to ensure full functionality.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We only sell equipment we can warranty, service, or repair. See our Warranty & Returns page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept bank wire / ACH and checks. We also accept PayPal, credit card, and Venmo.

How is large equipment shipped?

Larger instruments and lasers are professionally packed and shipped via freight. We also offer hand delivery and installation at reasonable rates based on destination. See our Shipping page for full details and typical lead times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries served by UPS International.

Do you buy or take trade-ins?

Yes — we buy and trade in ophthalmic equipment. Reach out through our Contact page with the make, model, and condition, and we'll respond with an offer. We also offer pickup.

Is installation or training included?

Installation is available as part of our optional hand-delivery service, when selected by the buyer.
