How we ship

Smaller items (such as lenses, tonometers, and handheld instruments) ship via standard parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx. Larger instruments and lasers are professionally packed and shipped by freight, crated when needed to protect sensitive components. We also offer hand delivery and installation at reasonable rates, depending on distance from Pittsburgh, PA.

Processing & lead times

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after payment clears. Freight deliveries typically take 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

International shipping

We ship to most countries served by UPS International.
