Our warranty
We only sell eye equipment that we can warranty, service, or repair. Every instrument is refurbished and function-tested before it ships.
Our standard warranty period is 6 months from delivery, unless otherwise specified in the listing. During this period, we will repair, replace, or service equipment found to be defective under normal use, covering both parts and labor through Visumed Equipment.
The warranty does not cover consumables, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs, service, or remote access performed by the manufacturer or any third party.

Beyond the warranty period, we continue to offer service and repair support for the equipment we sell. Contact us for rates and turnaround times.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
